Advanced Jamming Technology
Dobermann utilizes next generation jamming technology, allowing for highly effective, reactive spot jamming. Unlike traditional broad-spectrum jammers, Dobermann targets only specific areas of the RF spectrum, minimizing interference. This approach enables safe, targeted jamming at longer distances with minimal power output, making the system both efficient and discreet. Dobermann 100 is available without GNSS, while Dobermann 101 includes GNSS capabilities.
Collaborative Jamming Moded
While most jammers operate independently, the Doberman 100/101 is designed for collaborative jamming. When multiple units are deployed, they work together, each radiating low power individually but achieving a high-power jamming effect in the target area. This synchronized jamming minimizes collateral disruption to surrounding areas while maximizing effectiveness against drone threats.
Flexible Operating Modes
Dobermann offers manual and autonomous jamming modes to suit different operational needs:
- Manual Mode: The operator can decide precisely when to activate jamming against a detected drone.
- Autonomous Mode: When paired with a compatible RF drone detector, such as Watchdog 202 or Wolfpack, Dobermann 100/101 can automatically engage jamming when a drone is detected, providing rapid response to threats. These detectors also deliver make/model information, classifying control signals and video feeds for enhanced situational awareness.
Situational Awareness System User Interface
The Situational Awareness System user interface provides complete situational awareness of the protected perimeter. Users gain real-time threat intelligence, enabling quick and informed decisions to assess and respond to potential drone incursions.
Scalability and Deployment Flexibility
Dobermann is fully scalable and adaptable to protect areas of any size, from small facilities to expansive sites like airbases. It forms part of MyDefence’s KNOX fixed installation system, integrating seamlessly with RF detectors for perimeter protection.
