Who We Are

Research & Development (R&D)

In our R&D team, we focus on innovation by researching new technologies and improving existing products. We develop our prototypes, test concepts, and solve technical challenges to keep MyDefence competitive and meet customer needs.

Commercial

In our Commercial team, we drive growth through sales, marketing, and business development. We focus on market opportunities, relationship building, and promoting the MyDefence products to ensure business expansion and customer engagement.

Operations

In our Operations team, we ensure a smooth and efficient production and supply chain process. We manage purchasing, logistics, and shipping, focusing on meeting customer needs, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining product quality.

People & Culture

In our People and Culture team, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace throughout the employee journey. From recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development and well-being, we ensure that every team member has the tools and support they need to succeed and grow within MyDefence.

Legal

In our Legal team, we ensure compliance with laws and regulations, managing contracts, intellectual property, and risk. We provide legal guidance to support business decisions and protect MyDefence’s interests, while mitigating potential legal issues.

Finance

In our Finance team, we manage MyDefence’s financial health, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. We handle payroll, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. Our focus is on supporting strategic decisions and maintaining financial stability for long-term growth.

IT & Security

In our IT and Security team, we ensure that MyDefence’s systems are secure, efficient, and reliable. We manage infrastructure, data security, and IT support, while implementing measures to protect against cyber threats.
